• Personal Information: We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our web application, you consent to such collection and use.
• Google Calendar Data: You acknowledge and agree that we may access your Google Calendar data to track jobs based on calendar events.

The Job Tracker is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Job Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our web application.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our web application, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
